Temple is a space to pause and tend to your inner world through truly honoring what’s alive in you.

I weave teachings from the Awakening Women Institute, Earth-based wisdom from the indigenous Arhuaco tribe in Colombia and my deep love for the medicine of storytelling and mythology inspired by the teachings of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés.
